storage comber, soaking pit, annealing furnace, ladle,etc. High alumina brick containing
more than or ever more 80% of Al2O3 is used in electric arc furnace
roof and the special zone of other high temperature furnaces. |
Magnesite brick |
Magnesite brick made from densely sintered magnesia clinkers
at temperature, containing more than 87% of MgO with the main crystical phase of
periclass, is sintered magnesia brick. Magnesite brick is strong basic and high grade
product with a good resistance to basic slag corrosion and refractoriness over 2000°C.
The product is mainly suited to steel open hearth furnaces, steel electric arc,torpedo,
the basic zone of ferrous metal furnaces. |
Magnesia -alumina brick |
Magnesite-alumina brick manufacture from a great number of
MgO and the number of Al2O3 , it is basic refractory material. It
has an advantage over general magnesite brick in high temperature strength, slag
resistance, due to containing more highly fused mag-spinel in matrix and little impurity.
Its thermal stability is better than general magnesite brick. So it is called thermal
shock resistance magnesite brick. It is mainly used in steel open hearth roof, nonferrous
metallurgical furnace, rotary kiln, high temperature tunnel kiln. |
Magnesia -chrome brick |
The brick made from sintered magnesia clinkers and chrome
ore,sintering at high temperature 1600°C is named sintered magnesia-chrome brick. It is
usually called magnesia-chrome brick. The refractory, contains MgO 50-70%,Cr2O3
8-16%. It has good specifications in stability, high temperature constructure
strength,resistance to basic slags, resistance to acid (better than magnesite brick) and
refractoriness 2000°C .The brick is extensively applicated innonferrous furnane,steel
electric arc, steel open hearh, converters, torpedo, vacuum treatment unit,burning zone of
cement rotary kiln, thermal storage comber of glass kiln. |
Direct bond magnesia -chrome products |
The brick made from sintered magnesia clinkers, chrome ore and
fused magnesia-chrome ,sintering at high temperature 1800°C is named direct bond
magnesia-chrome brick.The refractory, contains MgO 60-70%,Cr2O3
8-20%. It has good specifications in stability, high temperature constructure
strength,resistance to basic slags,The brick is extensively applicated innonferrous
furnane,steel electric arc, steel open hearh, converters, torpedo, vacuum treatment
unit,burning zone of cement rotary kiln. |
Magnesia -carbon products |
The brick is made in presure from dead burned magnesia (or
fused magnesia) and carbon material (full-crystal graphite) with the binder of pitch and
resin. Magnesia-carbon brick at high temperature forms combination of carbon frame.
Magnesia and carbon can't be fused each other. So it keeps their properties good . In
addition, carbon has a better thermal conductivity. Both of high expansion and spring
coefficients are low. It can effectly resist to thermal flaking,slag corrosion and
constructure flaking. Carbon has no wettability to slay, so resistance to corrosion is
good. The brick is widely applicated in steel electric arc, combined blowing converter,
ladle, torpedo, refined ladle furnace, ect. |
