Magnesite brick made from densely sintered magnesia clinkers at temperature, containing more than 87% of MgO with the main crystical phase of periclass, is sintered magnesia brick. Magnesite brick is strong basic and high grade product with a good resistance to basic slag corrosion and refractoriness over 2000¡ãC. The product is mainly suited to steel open hearth furnaces, steel electric arc,torpedo, the basic zone of ferrous metal furnaces.

This materials are nonpoisonous, tasteless, nondusty, and have the advantages of light specific gravity, high strength, small thermal conductivity and convenience in laying, so that ther are widely used in power, petrol, chemical, steel and textile industries.

The nozzle are made of fine fused silica raw material. They have a unique combination of advantages including low thermal conductivity high, mechanical strength, low thermal conductivity, excellent resistance to thermal shock and erosion
